Revealed in Red

Beginning Sunday, January 17 @ 10:30 a.m.
Mooresville Church of God

The Apostle Peter is quoted in John 6:68-69: "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We believe and know that you are the Holy One of God."

Peter states a powerful truth: Jesus has the words of eternal life. And in the modern day we have those words, written in red, in our Bibles.

Join us this Easter season as we search...and find...powerful truth and grace that is the source of eternal life for those who will believe.

God says to us through the prophet Jeremiah, "...you will seek me and find me when you seek me with all of your heart". God wants to reveal Himself to you this Easter season! Seek Him...and find Him...as He is Revealed in Red!

If Only...
Beginning Sunday, January 13, 2013

2012 is over. As we look back on a year or on our lives we may be tempted to fall into the "if only" trap...

...if only I had taken that job
...if only I hadn't been unfaithful to my spouse
...if only I hadn't gotten into so much debt
...if only I had spent more time with God and less time on TV
...if only... ______________________________

...if only... ______________________________
...if only... ______________________________

You fill in the blank. Our regrets can smother us. they may be able to teach us something, but we then must let them go.

God's Word clearly tells us that it's NEVER too late to choose something better...choose the best for your life...choose God's heart and will over our own human desires and temptations.

Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret...(2 Corinthians 7:10 NIV)

If you are experiencing Godly sorrow as you regret things in your past...you can rejoice! Yes, you can rejoice! Because salvation, new life, a fresh start, a new year is here and regret is gone!

Our God has the power to do that in your life!

Join us beginning January 13th!
